What the I.M.P.A.C.T.A.™ Movement License Includes

The I.M.P.A.C.T.A.™ Movement License provides approved partners with the official authorization to represent and use the I.M.P.A.C.T.A.™ brand in accordance with its mission, values, and quality standards.

Depending on the license level, it may include:

License Agreement

Every I.M.P.A.C.T.A.™ Movement License is governed by a formal License Agreement that clearly defines:

• Authorized rights and permitted uses

• Brand and trademark guidelines

• Quality and ethical standards

• Intellectual property protections

• Commercial terms and Impact Contributions (where applicable)

• License responsibilities, renewal, and termination conditions

The License Agreement protects both the I.M.P.A.C.T.A.™ Movement and every Licensed Partner, ensuring the brand remains trusted, consistent, and true to its purpose while empowering partners to create meaningful impact with confidence.
