Rather than charging ongoing licensing fees, we believe in growing together.
👤 Individual License
Individual Licensed Partners make a one-time license investment and become permanent members of the I.M.P.A.C.T.A.™ Movement.
There are no annual license renewals. Once licensed, your license remains active for life, subject to the terms of the I.M.P.A.C.T.A.™ Licensing Agreement.
For commercial I.M.P.A.C.T.A.™ services, Licensed Partners share an Impact Contribution that supports the continued growth of the I.M.P.A.C.T.A.™ Movement.
Every Impact Maker helps create new Thinking Paths, Learning Labs, free educational resources, support innovation, and expand meaningful impact—one butterfly at a time.
👥 Team License
Teams begin their journey with a one-time Team Discovery Experience, where we explore your goals, team dynamics, and how I.M.P.A.C.T.A.™ can best support your journey.
Following discovery, we prepare your Team Licensing Agreement, which includes a one-time license investment for an Impact Capacity of up to 10 Impact Makers.
There are no annual license renewals. Once licensed, your team becomes a permanent part of the I.M.P.A.C.T.A.™ Movement.
For commercial I.M.P.A.C.T.A.™ services, Team Licensed Partners also share an Impact Contribution that helps create new Thinking Paths, Learning Labs, free educational resources, and future innovations for the entire movement.
Together, every team helps create meaningful impact far beyond their own organization.
🏢 Organization License
Organizations begin their journey with a one-time Organizational Discovery Experience, designed to understand their goals, culture, and desired Impact Capacity.
Following discovery, a customized licensing proposal is prepared based on the organization's Impact Capacity and implementation needs. Organizational License renewed annually.
Organizations delivering commercial I.M.P.A.C.T.A.™ services also participate through an Impact Contribution, helping grow the movement while expanding meaningful learning opportunities for others.
Every organization becomes part of a larger mission to develop better thinking, stronger teams, and healthier organizations.
🌍 Enterprise Partnership
Enterprise Partners begin with a one-time Enterprise Discovery Experience, where we work together to understand strategic objectives, organizational complexity, and enterprise-wide transformation goals.
Following discovery, a customized Enterprise Partnership proposal is developed based on the desired Impact Capacity, implementation strategy, and long-term vision. Organizational License renewed annually.
Commercial use of I.M.P.A.C.T.A.™ also includes an Impact Contribution, creating a sustainable partnership that fuels innovation, research, new learning experiences, and the continued growth of the I.M.P.A.C.T.A.™ Movement around the world.
